Now more than ever natural nails are making a come back! So cancel that solar/gel/acrylic nail appointment you have and opt for a full buff and polish to keep it short and sweet.

As for colour, modern brides are steering away from the tradition of a classic French manicure and incorporating more of their personalities into the big day. For a soft and romantic feel try a pastel such as lavender or mint green. Wanting to go a little more bold? Jewel tones, metalics and dusted glitter tips can create a more dramatic effect. You can also play with colours from your bouquet, but keep in mind, just because your main accent colour is hot pink doesn’t mean you can’t play with a range of shades and hues to break things up.

Experiment before your big day and don’t forget about the rest of your hands! Moisturize and keep your cuticles in check at least a month before. Not only will your hands be photographed at a close range but everyone will be dying to see your new bling!
